5 EPIC DAYS TOUR DETAIL
This “Epic 5 Days – Nothing to Say” Tour allows you to discover both Ha Giang Loop and Ha Long Bay in different way, two of the most stunning parts of Northern Vietnam. We offer an amazing experience for young travellers combining the beautiful tour of Halong Bay with fun activities including kayaking, water trampoline, swimming, boat jumping, beach volleyball, beach football and much more with young travellers looking to enjoy the top 7 natural wonders of the world.. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about the everyday lives of the ethnic minority tribe inhabitants. In Ha Giang, hop on the back of our professional tour guide’s motorbike and take in the stunning views, including the famous Ma Pi Leng Pass. The tour includes all transportation, accommodation, activities and meals.
Night 1: Ha Noi – Ha Giang Loop
21:00 – 21:30 PM: Pick up by sleeper bus at your hotel in the Old Quarter, Overnight on sleeping bus and arrival Ha Giang city at around 4:00 Am tomorrow morning.

8:30 AM: Meet your guide and easy rider then our brilliant Ha Giang Motorbike Tour adventure begins. After putting on protective padding, hop on the back of your tour guide’s motorbike. The road leads you to Bac Sum Pass, up to Heaven Gate, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the twin mountains and Tam Son town. Lunch in Yen Minh Town. Short break and drive towards Dong Van, through the picturesque Chin Khoanh Pass. Enjoy viewing Dong Van Karst Plateau, a major heritage site in Vietnam. The landscape is composed of endless rice fields, thousands of limestone rocks and breathtaking views. It also gives you the chance to experience the life of hill-tribe villages where local people works on the land. Visit Hmong King’s Palace, a home of Vuong’s family in Sa Phin. Arrive in Dong Van in early evening, where you will spend the night at a hotel. Enjoy a local Vietnamese dinner and live music, karaoke after a long day of mind-blowing landscape views. At night time, relax before another day of adventures.

(Highlights of 6 Day Northern Vietnam Tour: Exclusive Kayaking on Nho Que River – Happiness road- Ma Pi Leng Pass – Sky Walk- Meo Vac Town)
After breakfast, we leave Dong Van Town to make our way to the “King” of mountain passes in Vietnam – the Ma Pi Leng Pass. It’s risen to fame because of its abrupt cliffs and breathtaking views with an altitude of 2,000m at its peak! After driving through the pass and stopping occasionally to soak in the best views and snap photos, you’ll have the opportunity to trek the Sky Path, which offers a 360° panorama of Ma Pi Leng Pass. While most only get to see the Nho Que River from the mountain pass, on this tour you’ll have the unique experience of kayaking on Nho Que River! Paddling along the turquoise waters while being awed by the mountains above will be unforgettable. We’ll continue to drive through the rustic villages of Meo Vac, Mau Due and Lung Ho, where lunch is served. In the afternoon, we pass through the epic mountains to Du Gia rural homestay, located in the middle of green rice fields. Here, you’ll enjoy a massive, homecooked dinner with your host family and new friends. Don’t forget to try “Happy Water” – which is what the Vietnamese affectionately call rice wine.

On the last day of your journey, be sure to pack your swimsuit as we’ll be stopping at a nearby waterfall for a refreshing swim. Then, you’ll experience firsthand the art of H’mong textile making in Lung Tam, a H’mong village where local women work tirelessly to produce pieces of textile art. You’ll even have the opportunity to purchase a textile bag or other accessories to take home with you. We then cross Quan Ba town, where you’ll see Nui Doi mountain. Making our way back to Ha Giang, we cross the Sky Gate and head back through Bac Sum Pass to arrive back at our Ha Giang hostel in the early afternoon. At 4:30 PM, you’ll board our exclusive Comfort Limousine Van back to Hanoi, arriving in the Hanoi Old Quarter around 11:30 PM. We are happy to offer you a free night stay at Vietnam Cheers Hostel upon your return in Hanoi!

Travel Insurance is NOT included. We strongly recommend that passengers have their own travel insurance against illness, injury, loss/damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on confirmed departure dates.
Fees will be charged in event of booking cancellations:
- Before 48 hours: 25% of booking cost
- 24hours-48hours: 50% of booking cost
- within 24hours or no shows: 100% of booking cost
On the motorbike tour itself, please just bring what you need for 3 days only,
Due to limited vehicle space and the nature of accommodation, we ask that you limit yourself to a maximum of 10 kgs in a backpack or overnight bag.
We’re happy to offer you free luggage storage at Vietnam Cheers Hostel in Hanoi.
Our tours include easy-riders for a reason – largely because the roads on the Ha Giang Loop can be dangerous, often with many obstacles designed only for the most experienced drivers! It’s for this reason that we offer this tour with an easy-rider.
However, if you’re experienced on a motorbike and have an international driver’s license, we may allow you to drive for a period of time on easier roads. Please ask your easy-rider and they’ll allow at their discretion. We are not liable for any injuries so please ride at your own risk.
From Hanoi: The trip departs from our Vietnam Cheers Hostel at 5 Au Trieu Street, Hanoi Old Quarter at 2:00 pm.
if you stay other place in Hanoi, we will pick you up at 7:30 PM
You will be eating local Vietnamese food prepared in various restaurants and accommodation along the way. If you are vegetarian, vegan or have any other dietary restrictions or allergies please inform us at the time of booking. We will be sure to accommodate you!
Our trips are fairly active, so a reasonable level of fitness is needed. If you have any doubts about your suitability for our trips, please check with our Travel Desk before making a booking. NOTE: Activities vary in duration and grade depending on the availability.
All online bookings need to be confirmed and paid for in full 24 hours in advance. If not, Ha Giang Motorbike Tour will regard it as nonattendance. You will not be able to join the tour and will NOT be refunded.
